Nine cookies or fewer run here, and every advertising one waits for your say.

This notice names every storage key this site sets, the three ad platforms that send traffic to it, and how Consent Mode v2 keeps their signals off until you switch them on.

Effective 7 September 2026

01

Effective date

This cookie notice took effect on 7 September 2026. Totexi, trading as Totex Movement Studio at 109 Oak Lane, Suite 4, Austin, Texas 34275, is the operator named throughout it. Where a later version replaces this one, the new effective date appears here and nowhere else.

02

Three categories, not one blanket switch

Strictly necessary. These keep the site working: the frame layout, the cookie-choice banner itself, and the token that lets the chat widget find its own conversation again. They run whether or not you allow anything else, because the site cannot function without them.

Analytics. Aggregate measurement of which pages get read and which forms get finished. Held to analytics_storage under Consent Mode v2 and denied until you allow it.

Advertising. The click identifiers that Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads attach to a paid link, plus the signals that tell each platform whether a visit came from its own ad. Held to ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization, all denied until you allow storage.

What actually gets set

This is the complete list. Nothing else writes to your browser from this site.

The three platforms sending traffic here

Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads all run paid campaigns pointed at this site today, not hypothetically. Each one attaches its own click identifier to the link a visitor follows: gclid for a Google Ads click, msclkid for a Microsoft Advertising click, and fbclid for a Meta Ads click. That identifier is what lets the platform credit a visit, a call or a form submission back to the ad that produced it. None of the three has reviewed or approved this site; they simply carry its traffic.

05

Consent Mode v2 and its four signals

This site runs Google's consent mode, version two, ahead of any advertising or analytics tag. Four signals govern what each platform is allowed to store: ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage. All four sit denied on first load, before you have made a choice, and every tag on the page respects that denial rather than firing anyway. If you later decline or withdraw consent, the same four signals reset to denied immediately — nothing keeps running quietly in the background.

A browser sending the Global Privacy Control signal, the Sec-GPC header, is treated as an opt-out the moment it arrives. We do not ask that visitor to click through the banner a second time.

06

Giving consent, and taking it back

The banner that appears on first visit offers two buttons of equal size: allow storage, or decline. Your answer is written to the site_consent_v2 key in your own browser and read again on each later page so the question is not repeated needlessly. Nothing else on this site remembers a choice.

To change your mind, open Cookie choices in the footer of any page. It reopens the same banner with the same two buttons, and a new choice overwrites the old one straight away.

07

If you decline

The site itself does not change. Every page still loads, the estimator still runs its numbers, the chat widget still opens, and the inquiry form still reaches the studio. What stops is measurement and advertising storage: no analytics cookie writes, no ad-platform click identifier is stored, and the four Consent Mode v2 signals stay denied for the rest of that visit and every one after it, until you actively choose to allow storage.

08

Where the platforms explain their own handling

Each advertising platform publishes its own account of what it does with a click identifier once it has one. Google's is at policies.google.com. Microsoft Advertising's handling is covered by the Microsoft privacy statement at privacy.microsoft.com. Meta publishes its own policy for Meta Ads on its own site. None of these three pages is written or controlled by Totex; we link them because the choice to allow or decline storage is better made having read them.

A question about a specific cookie

Write to office@totexi.com or call +1 (810) 555-6769, and name the cookie or the page you were on. The studio answers from 109 Oak Lane, Suite 4, Austin, Texas 34275. For anything about how the data itself is handled once it exists, see the privacy policy and the data request page.
