A price band for every Totex program, built from the same rates your coach quotes on paper

Pick a program, set sessions a week and a commitment length, and the number below moves in real time. It is the exact math the front desk uses for movement technique classes, one-to-one coaching, a movement assessment and a return-to-activity program in Austin — not a marketing figure rounded up for the page.

This is a band, not a quote, and Totex is not medical care.

Totex teaches movement technique. It does not diagnose, and it does not replace a doctor or a physical therapist. Everyone starts with a Movement Assessment, and anyone booking a Return-to-Activity Program needs a signed clearance letter on file before the first session goes on the calendar.

02

The rates behind the number

Every figure the estimator uses, written out in plain dollars so nothing in the tool is a mystery.

Program rates, current as posted at the front desk
Program Sold as Price basis What changes the number
Movement Assessment One flat fee, one time $110–$140 Added automatically unless you tell the estimator it is already on file.
Group Technique Class 4-class cards, never single drop-ins $224–$268 per card Capped at six people a class; the card price does not change with class size, only with how many cards a block needs.
One-to-One Coaching Per 50-minute session $95–$130 Pacing is set by the client's clearance and progress, not by a fixed program length.
Return-to-Activity Program Per session, sold in 4-week blocks $70–$95 Minimum two sessions a week. Requires a signed clearance letter on file before booking.

Longer commitments shave the top of the band, not the bottom. A 12-week block prices nearer the low end of its range than a 4-week block does — that is the studio's own card-based discount showing up in the math, never a promise of a specific figure.

03

What each field actually changes

Four variables, and a reason behind every one of them.

Program

Group Technique Class, One-to-One Coaching or Return-to-Activity Program. Movement Assessment is not a choice here because it is not optional — it is the flat fee every new client pays once, checked automatically unless you mark it done. Choosing between a small-group mobility class and one-on-one movement coaching in Austin changes both the price basis and the minimum sessions a week the estimator will allow.

Sessions a week

One, two or three. Group classes and one-to-one coaching allow one session a week, though most clients book two. A Return-to-Activity Program locks the minimum at two and will not let the field drop to one — the box explains why: a once-a-week block does not give a coach enough contact to track a return-to-activity plan responsibly, clearance letter or not.

Commitment length

Four, eight or twelve weeks. The unit price does not move, but the top of the band comes down slightly on longer blocks, reflecting the card-based discount built into an eight- or twelve-week commitment. A four-week block is the full, undiscounted band.

Movement Assessment already done

Toggle this on if you have already sat through an assessment at Totex and a coach has your intake on file. Leave it off and the estimator adds the one-time $110–$140 fee to the first week automatically, because every new client goes through it before any other program starts.

The card price is not a discount trick

A 4-class card costs $224–$268, which works out to $56–$67 a class. Totex does not sell single group classes at the door, because a studio that lets people wander in for one session loses the six-person cap it runs on — a card is a commitment to the same small room, roughly the same faces, for a month.

One-to-one coaching and the Return-to-Activity Program are priced per session instead, because a private room and a clearance-gated program are booked around one person's calendar, not a fixed class grid.

Sessions per week, cards per block and the taper on longer commitments are the only three levers behind every figure the estimator shows. There is no hidden fourth variable.

Before you book on the strength of this number

Read this before you call, not after.

A coach sets the final price

The band you see is the studio's real range, not a teaser. Your coach fixes the exact number at your assessment once they know your program, your schedule and, for a Return-to-Activity Program, your clearance letter.

The estimator does not book anything

There is no submit button on this tool because it is not a form. When the band looks right, use the link below to reach the front desk, or go straight to the program page for the schedule shape and what a session involves.
